A.E. Fortin

A.E. Fortin is a waterski enthusiast and a speed boat driver who can jump two large waves. She went to Virginia for a car show and met NASCAR drivers and drove her truck on a race car track. She helped to raise funds for veterans. During the Vietnam War, she married her high school sweetheart; they’re married for 49 years. For 20 years as a Navy wife, she had two boys and a girl, together with their seven grandchildren.



She had a motorcycle accident in 2010 but never stopped writing to keep her memory and love. “You can do anything you put your mind to,” she said.
